Choose realistic weekly capacity with your mentor. The sequence below supports preparation while project assignments and institutional requirements are being reconciled. Adjust dates to academic responsibilities and current project needs.
- Week 1: Establish readiness. Complete the external collaborator pathway, identify your local mentor and reviewing institution, and prepare the readiness register.
- Week 2: Build the evidence foundation. Review five papers, organize verified references, and practice citation insertion.
- Week 3: Learn analysis and structure. Complete the JMP synthetic-data exercise and map the sections of the verified example paper.
- Week 4: Draft, review, and contribute. Write a background paragraph, exchange focused peer feedback, and submit a revised contribution through your assigned private workflow.
Make your next contribution useful
Include the document version, what you completed, the evidence used, one specific question, and your next action. Your mentor can then give focused feedback and determine the appropriate assignment.
