Registration
Registration is personal and subject to published eligibility, capacity, price, format, activation threshold, access period, and activity-specific terms. Registration information must be accurate and current.
Virtual Lab in Motion
The six-part series currently uses a planned price of ten dollars per registration, a ten-paid-registration activation threshold, a sixty-minute format, and a seven-day protected replay when the specific event listing includes replay access. Dates remain pending until selected and published.
Program changes
Schedules, speakers, formats, locations, technology, capacity, topics, and materials may change for scholarly, operational, accessibility, safety, or speaker-availability reasons. The event listing supplies the applicable transfer, cancellation, and refund terms.
Conduct and confidentiality
Attendees follow the Community Guidelines, respect contribution and authorship boundaries, protect confidential or unpublished information, and honor facilitator instructions.
Recordings
Event recording begins after appropriate notice and consent where required. Attendee recording, transcription, photography, redistribution, editing, public display, and commercial use require written authorization.
Replay and materials
Replay and resource access are personal, limited, revocable, and time-bound when stated. Downloading, copying, redistribution, sublicensing, resale, public presentation, and commercial use require prior written permission.
Relationships
Event participation supplies education and scholarly community. Professional care, legal representation, employment, research participation, authorship, publication, funding, and academic credit require their own authorized pathways.
