Evolving features
Beta, pilot, and early-access functions may change, pause, become unavailable, contain errors, or produce incomplete results. Users preserve their own authorized source materials and apply independent review before consequential reliance.
Feedback permission
Voluntary feedback grants the operator permission to review, analyze, aggregate, adapt, and use that feedback to improve current and future services, create derivative improvements, and commercialize resulting improvements.
Ownership and compensation
Feedback creates no ownership interest, royalty, compensation, approval right, attribution requirement, partnership, agency, or obligation to implement a suggestion.
Confidentiality
A beta feature, unreleased workflow, private demonstration, internal roadmap, test result, and restricted documentation remain confidential when identified as confidential or reasonably understood to be nonpublic.
Data boundary
Protected health information, identifiable patient or research-participant information, confidential datasets, authentication secrets, restricted manuscript text, export-controlled information, proprietary third-party material, and information supplied without adequate authority remain within separately approved secure systems and processes.
Security and reporting
Users report suspected vulnerabilities, privacy concerns, harmful output, or material errors privately through connect@drbrowncares.com and avoid public disclosure that increases risk before responsible review.
Availability
Beta services are supplied as available and as provided. Continuity, compatibility, uptime, support, and preservation may vary as the experience evolves.
