License grant
The operator grants each authorized user a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access designated Site features and use designated materials for the stated educational, scholarly, collaboration, or internal review purpose.
Ownership
Access, participation, feedback, demonstration, and download transfer no ownership. Rights in software, source and object code, prompts, system instructions, workflows, templates, databases, taxonomies, evaluation methods, learning materials, graphics, reports, improvements, and trade secrets remain with the applicable owner or licensor.
Authorized use
Users may view and use materials within the purpose and audience stated on the Site or in a project agreement. Redistribution, public display, publication, commercial use, sublicensing, sale, and derivative production require prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Replication and extraction
Copying, cloning, imitating, reconstructing, automated harvesting, source discovery, prompt extraction, workflow extraction, model extraction, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, scraping, crawling, security circumvention, benchmarking for replication, and assistance with these activities are prohibited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Contributor material
Contributor ownership, licenses, permitted uses, confidentiality, authorship, attribution, and publication follow the applicable project agreement and written release decision. A contribution to a discussion or draft supplies only the permission expressly recorded for that setting.
Termination and survival
The license ends when access, participation, or the relevant collaboration ends, or when the operator terminates access under applicable terms. Ownership, confidentiality, contribution, enforcement, audit, and replication provisions continue according to their purpose and stated duration.
